TSbPASS some personal information is collected from and about you. We are committed to protecting the security of this information and safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the personal information collected, the manner in which it is collected, by whom, as well as the purposes for which it is used. At registration you are requested to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and your use of TSbPASS signifies your continued acceptance thereof. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time and you will be notified of all such changes. In order to use TSbPASS, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy .

When you register on TSbPASS, the following information is collected from you for generating a beneficiary reference ID – (i) Name; (ii) Mobile number; (iii) Relationship; (iv) Gender; and (v) Postal address, (vi) Aadhar no .

The Reference ID is thereafter used to identify you in all subsequent TSbPASS related transactions and is associated with any data or information uploaded on the Server. TSbPASS does not collect your location data.

The Reference ID and/or the Mobile number with which you registered on TSbPASS, will be used to locate your record from the database at the time of applying for TSbPASS service . These data can be used to avail the services as such Building permission, Layout Permission and Occupancy Certificate.

Minimal information will be asked about the Plot details, Building details and property documents are required to be uploaded at the time of filing the application by paying the system calculated charges.

TSbPASS also sends SMSs on your registered mobile number to alert you about registration, Payment, Application is filed, Drawing Scrutiny, at the time Site Inspection and if there is any information that needs to be passed through as and when required.

The personal information collected from you at the time of registration under Clause 1 above, will be stored securely and only be used by the Government of Telangana to avail the TSbPAS Services , generating reports, heat maps and other statistical visualisations for the purpose of the management of Construction in Telangana State.

The TSbPASS system is regularly audited by auditors engaged by the State Audit Center, for security and scalability of the system. The registration and application records may be used for such audits.

The TSbPASS system also takes feedback about system performance and beneficiary experience. Information on name, mobile number, date of vaccination and vaccination status may be used for these purposes.

All personal information collected from you under Clause 1 at the time of registration will be retained for as long as your account remains in existence

Once the user registered changes can only be done as prescribed by the TSbPASS system from time to time.

TSbPASS Platform has reasonable security measures and safeguards in place to protect Your privacy and Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, and alteration of the information in compliance with applicable laws. Further, whenever You change or access your account on the Platform or any information relating to it, We offer the use of a secure server. It is further clarified that You have and so long as You access and/or use the Platform (directly or indirectly) the obligation to ensure that You shall at all times, take adequate physical, managerial, and technical safeguards, at your end, to preserve the integrity and security of your data which shall include and not be limited to your Personal Information.

TSbPASS reserves the unconditional right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, without specifically notifying you of such changes. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately. You should review this Privacy Policy regularly for changes.
